Super company with a caring attitude. I purchased a Foxwood C90 ex demo chipper over a year ago. I am a commercial user not DIY, this machine is fantastic and far better than any smaller machine I've ever hired or used. Far superior to timber wolf 75mm chipper. Although you may need to chop branches slightly it's not alot before it will just chomp through them. Aftersales is fantastic and as a decent company should be. I originally spoke to greenmech regarding the cs100, they had no interest in selling one! This machine combined with this company is fantastic. I have recommended it to many people, and anyone who's used it is always pleasantly surprised at how good it is. Obviously it's not a hydraulic feed but it's not far off! I didn't in the end, but Upson mowers even offered to let me try one at their premises before my purchase. Keep up the excellent service.

More of the exceptional support from Jim and Bob Upson - my mower, bought many years ago from them, developed a fault. True to their 5 star approach they came on a Friday evening when most others would only have the answer machine switched on. They fixed the errant mower within an hour and then checked the rest of the machine over! Great advice on how to keep it in tip top shape and the best part was the bill - very, very reasonable.

As a Landscaper based in the Westcountry we met with the guys from Upson Mowers at a trade show where they were demonstrating a chipper. We were impressed with their sales technique and were really friendly. The after sales on the chipper has been fantastic. Any problems or questions and they are on the end of a phone helping out and sending any parts very quickly. After sales support is very important and as a result of the great service received my company would order all of our equipment from Upson in the future even though they are not local to us.

I recently purchased a skarper c90 chipper from Jim. From the initial enquiry through to the delivery of the machine Jim was always very helpful and informative whether by email or by phone. The service has always been very personal and Iam looking forward to working with my new machine and to dealing with Jim in the future.
